Hypno Course Information
birth-hood offers an awesome, comprehensive Hypnobirthing birth preparation course, with specialist knowledge, support and techniques to help you have a confident, calm and empowering birth.
I work with first pregnancies, subsequent pregnancies, multiple births, caesarean births, inductions, parents with gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, basically, hypnobirthing is for all births and all people.
It is a 10 hour fully interactive, fully evidence, based birth preparation course for you and your partner, which includes your Hypnobirthing relaxation MP3’s, affirmation cards, 121 support during and after the course, for your 4th trimester and so much more!
You will also receive your awesome parent handbook full of everything you need to own your birth.
We offer a number of course opitions:
Face to face- Group and Private 1-1 courses, Online Group and Private 1-1 courses, Taster sessions (online), Refresher courses (both online and face to face), Caesarean workshops and Hasty Hypnobirthing workshops.

GROUP COURSES
​
Currently online (the course takes place over four 2-2.5 hour sessions) or in person (2 sessions, 10-3.30). You and your birth partner will learn techniques, evidence based learning, gain support, tools, knowing your rights and options to birth positively and remain calm and in control.
The course is EXACTLY the same as 121, same resources (and all the added extras!) but you are surrounded by like minded people!
You will be able to mix with other parents to be live and in the private WhatsApp group and maybe make some friends!
Oh and you still get 121 support.

PRIVATE 1-1 COURSE

The private course will be taught in the comfort of your own home (or mine if preferred). Alternatively we offer the full course online.
This may be suitable for anyone who wants a bit more privacy, maybe a group course isn't for you or you already have children and cannot commit to class times. There is no need to worry, I can work around you!
You and your birth partner will still learn the same tools and techniques to ensure you have the best birth possible.
