The birth-hood hypnobirthing and birth preparation course is designed by birth-hood, drawing on training from both The Birth Uprising (TBU) and KGHypnobirthing (KGH). It runs over four sessions of approximately 2.5 hours each, and each one builds on the last, creating a comprehensive foundation of knowledge, skills and confidence.

Sessions are available as a group course, private course, or online course. All course types cover the same content.
