The Basic birth package:

£900

This is suitable for someone who needs some additional support in pregnancy and birth, or someone who's circumstances may have changed last minute.

This will include:

• 1 antenatal session (2-3 hours) to discuss preferences

• Continuous support via text/call/email between 9am-5pm (24/7 from 38 weeks)

• Access to resources on my client hub

• Support/attendance at birth

• 1 Postnatal debrief (2 hours)

• Optional birth pool hire

The Birth Doula Package:

(This birth-hood's most popular package!)

This includes:

• A free initial consultation giving you the chance to get to know me and decide if you'd like me to support you. You can also explore exactly what you would like from me as your birth doula.

• At least four 121 sessions tailored to the support that you need. These can be split how you like across the perinatal period (antenatally/postnatally) with a minimum of at least 1 antenatal and 1 postnatal session required.

• The antenatal sessions last around 2-3 hours, where the content is tailored to  you and can include specific antenatal knowledge and information, birth planning, Hypnobirthing techniques, answering questions and more. These sessions include your birth partner.

• Postnatal sessions (2hours) to provide emotional support, discuss baby care, provide feeding support, support with some self care, cooking or just be with you to listen and for reassurance.

• Additional sessions according to your needs, including accompanying you to appointments or managing changes in circumstances and social time.

• Support via phone, text or email for the duration of your pregnancy (full access from your third trimester and 24/7 from 38 weeks).

• Signposting to resources and evidence based information .

• Access to my online parent hub.

• Being on call for you 24 hours a day from 38 weeks until the birth.

• Support during your labour and birth at your chosen location(s).
